Outage notice: The DEX Qlik Reports have not refreshed since Saturday 8th of August 2026.This issue does not impact how organisations enter data into DEX. Organisations can continue to enter data as usual. However, until the data is refreshed organisations will be unable to see what data they have entered since Saturday 8th of August 2026 within the Qlik reports. We apologise for any inconvenience.
The Data Exchange is aware of issues relating to Outlet Activity Request Notification emails being sent incorrectly. This is being investigated with high priority.
