Gender Values enhancement
Following on from our DEX Update in November 2023, the gender values enhancements in the Data Exchange will take effect from 2 March 2024.
This will mean that from 3 March 2024 onwards you will no longer be able to record a client as Intersex / Indeterminate. Instead, you will have the option to select non-binary, or ‘[I/They] use a different term’.

Data Exchange Planned Maintenance
To accommodate the system changes to the gender values reported into the Data Exchange, the Data Exchange will not be available from Saturday, 2 March 2024 9pm AEDT to Sunday, 3 March 2024 2am AEDT.
