Changes to Data Exchange (DEX) reporting requirements for Department of Social Services programs – Frequently Asked Questions

The Department of Social Services (DSS) is implementing changes to how DSS-funded service providers report data into the Data Exchange. Under these changes, data entry will be streamlined to collect clear and consistent information across DSS-funded activities.

DSS Funded, client facing services that report into DEX will report:

  • Priority Requirement client and service details
  • Outcomes using the Standard Client/Community Outcomes Reporting (SCORE) and
  • Group activity data twice a year (at a minimum), like a census.
