Happy Holidays!
It’s that time of the year where have an opportunity to reflect on the past year and celebrate our joint achievements.
In October we updated our website, based on user feedback. This made the information easier and faster to use. The site attracts over 50 thousand views each month and holds important policy information to help you report and submit data. If you haven’t seen the new site yet, we encourage you to visit.
We also released minor system enhancements on 31 August 2019. This improved the search function in the web-based portal and provided flexibility for when service types change. The reports were also improved behind the scenes, to display data faster and consistently across the reporting suite. You can view the reports from the portal log-in page on the website, if your Organisation Administrator has granted you access.
We would like to take the opportunity to thank you for your hard work and commitment in 2019.
