Changes to the Data Exchange Helpdesk Operating Hours
The operating hours for the Data Exchange Helpdesk are changing. From 3 April 2023, the helpdesk will be available between 9:00am to 5:00pm (AEST / AEDT) Monday – Friday.

Data Exchange Planned Maintenance
An outage affecting the Data Exchange portal will take place between 8:00pm to 10:30pm Saturday 15 April 2023. We advise users to enter their data outside those hours. We apologise for any inconvenience this might have caused.
