The DEX portal closed at 11:59pm on Tuesday 7 February 2023 (AEDST). Reports have been refreshed prior to closing. With reports now refreshing daily, service providers will be able to check their data. We appreciate your patience while trying to find a solution to the technical issues experienced, and apologise for any inconvenience. We will be monitoring DEX reports performance daily and we will provide an update if there are any future issues.
New Reporting Period
The January – June 2023 reporting period is well underway. We encourage you to report regularly throughout the reporting period and use the Organisation Data Quality report to monitor your data quality. Please review our training resources for more tips on improving data quality.
Data Exchange Planned Maintenance
An outage affecting myGovID and RAM will take place between 8pm Saturday 11 February and 7am Sunday 12 February 2023. Providers who use Digital Identity to login to the Data Exchange will be unable to during this time.
