Data Exchange Update December 2022

End of Reporting Period

As the end of year approaches, we would like to remind you that there are only 28 days left until the July-December reporting period ends.

An additional 30 days after the close of the reporting period are provided for quality assurance and upload purposes. However, the earlier you organise your data the more time you have to resolve any unexpected issues.

Two common issues to resolve:

  1. Do staff have the appropriate access to enter data? Providing staff with access to DEX can take up to 10 working days. If access is required, please complete the system access request form now.
  2. Have your outlets changed? Please review your outlets to ensure they are current and have the relevant program activities attached. Adding new outlets can also take up to 10 business days. There is a task card on the DEX website to help with managing your outlets.

Helpdesk availability

The department observes a shutdown period from 12.30pm Friday 23 December to 8.30am Tuesday 3 January 2023. Please note the Data Exchange Helpdesk will be unavailable during this time.

Data Exchange Reports - Electoral information

The DEX reports have been updated to include the 2019 federal electorate information.

Data Exchange Planned Maintenance

There is no planned maintenance for December 2022.
