I'm going to show you more details about the Submitted Data Details report available on Qlik.
The Submitted Data Details report highlights key data quality issues to assist you to improve or maintain data quality.
The report shows how data quality is changing over the current and previous reporting period.
Data from the report can be downloaded to help rectify data issues.
Data is centered around outlets, cases, scenarios, clients.
The User Guide tab provides an overview of the report, including the reporting period, links to training resources, the report version, frequency of data refreshes, and the last successful extract date.
The information tab provides a glossary of terms and change history for the app.
Before jumping into the details of each report, jump into the filters tab to set up your filters to help you narrow down the details you're looking at exploring and reduce report load times.
We'll do that now.
As there are many filters available, they are grouped into categories to help you locate what you are looking for.
For example, client type, session dates, program information, and geography.
The outlet details report provides a summary of individual clients, support persons, group clients and sessions at an outlet level.
The top table provides a high level summary at a lead organisation level.
The table at the bottom provides details broken down into delivery organisation, outlet, outlet state, outlet ACPR, outlet SA2.
The view at the bottom of the table can also be switched to show all detail fields.
The case details report provides a summary of individual clients, support persons, groups, group clients at an activity level.
The top table provides a high-level summary at a lead organisation level.
The table at the bottom provides details broken down into lead organisation, delivery organization, and outlet.
The view for the bottom of the table can also be switched to show all detail views.
The session details report provides a summary of individual clients, support persons, group clients for sessions.
The TAP table provides a high-level summary at a lead organization level.
The table at the bottom provides details broken down into lead organization, delivery organization, and outlet.
Similarly, the view for the bottom table can also be switched to a view to show all detail fields.
The client details report provides a summary of individual clients, support persons, group clients for the various clients.
The top table provides a high level summary at a lead organisational level.
The table at the bottom provides details broken down into lead organisation, delivery organisation and outlet.
The view at the bottom table can also be switched to show all detailed fields.
