The organisation overview provides a detailed overview of the key performance numbers for your organisation's service delivery.
There are over a dozen tabs that contain information on attendance, sessions and cases, client and support persons, service type and activity, and client demographics.
The user guide tab here provides an overview of the report including the reporting period, links to various training resources, the report version, the frequency of the data refresh, and the last successful extract date.
The information tab provides A glossary of terms and a change history for the app.
Before jumping into the detail of each report, jump back to the filters tab to set up your filters to help you narrow down the details you're looking at exploring to reduce the report load times.
I'll do that now.
As you can see, there are many report filters available and they're grouped into categories to help you locate what you're looking for.
For example, time, geography, service type and demographic information.
The attendance and session tab provides a summary of overall numbers based on the filters you have selected.
This includes the number of client and support persons, the number of attendances, the number of sessions, the number of cases, and then some averages, which include average cases per client, average attendances per session, average sessions per client, excluding group clients, and average sessions per case.
A trend at the bottom of the sheet shows attendance types or shows attendances for the reporting period in a six-monthly window for individual clients, group clients, and support persons, as you can see from the key.
It also shows the total number of sessions and cases for that reporting period.
If you'd like to explore data at a more granular level, select the reporting period and it will allow you to drill down further.
So if you do that here, you can see by clicking on the month tab and by selecting a specific financial year, we have got a breakdown of this information by month.
And further still, now we can break this information by day.
Of course, it's a long period, so we scroll across to see all the details.
The service summary tab provides details of attendances for the selected reporting period, including individual, group, and support person attendances, as well as sessions and cases.
It is provided as a month of the year view or a day of the week view.
It also provides a summary of exit reasons for individuals and support persons, attendances per service setting, attendances per profile, which would include things like family, community, peer support, couple, et cetera, or whether an interpreter was present.
The organisation summary tab is a tabular summary of key performance numbers by service provider for the specified reporting period, including the outlet name, the location, which is the state, the activity, the individual client numbers, the number of support people, the number of group clients and the attendances, sessions and cases.
This information can then be easily downloaded for further analysis offline.
The activity tab provides an activity breakdown by service type for the specified reporting period using a column chart.
The breakdown is provided by individual clients, group clients and support persons and includes a number of sessions.
The service type tab shows the total number of sessions broken down by activities and service type for the reporting period, and it's shown as a bar chart.
Each session type is represented by a different colour, as you can see here.
Each bar on the chart represents the activity.
The key on the right gives you some clarity about what the specific service type is.
The client trends sheet tracks the number of individual clients, group clients and support persons.
They are shown as separate lines on a chart, separated by reporting periods.
Selecting a specific financial year allows a similar breakdown by month instead.
As you can see, the numbers at the top have also updated.
The client demographic sheet shows a variety of different views for the selected reporting period.
The stacked column chart at the top shows the number of individual clients and support persons by age at a session.

The first one shows the CALD status, the second one shows the country of birth, and the third one shows the main language spoken at home.

The referrals report provides an overview of where referrals originate from and to, and the reason for the referral for individual and client support persons for the selected reporting period.
The top layer of the report shows a number of referrals received by group, and the reason the assistance is sought.

Interacting with a chart will allow you to vary the granularity level under the stack column chart.
The table below shows the numbers represented in the chart.
That brings us to the end of the training.
