New ‘data quality month’ coming in September
The system will be reopened for all users for a limited period, 1–30 September 2017. This will give organisations a window of opportunity to correct and enhance their reported data in the system for the immediate past reporting period (1 January – 30 June 2017).
Organisations are advised to examine their uploaded data and to focus on ensuring that this information is complete, consistent and correct. Guidance and support are available in a number of ways:
- Accessing reports will enable verification of data, and identification of areas of concern;
- Policy and training resources are available on this website, providing assistance in correct set-up and data entry;
- Grant agreement managers can provide advice and tips on areas where data quality can be improved; and
- Technical assistance is available during business hours via the Data Exchange Helpdesk.
