Client Survey Pilot continues – Discussion Paper submissions now closed

The many submissions received by the end of the consultation period (31 March 2017) will inform the future development and implementation of the client survey.

The Client Survey Pilot has now entered its second stage, and service providers are encouraged to participate. Enquiries on the pilot can be emailed to Training and support is available for participating organisations.

During the pilot, service providers who volunteer to participate will offer the survey to their clients as part of normal service delivery. Client participation is always voluntary and their privacy is protected.
